MAY IS THE MONTH OF MARY / JUNE IS THE MONTH OF THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS

Trinity Sunday & Eighth week of ordinary time

SOCIETY FOR THE PROTECTION OF UNBORN CHILDREN

'Act now to stop DIY abortion up to birth MPs Diana Johnson and Stella Creasy have both tabled amendments to the Government's Criminal Justice Bill that would decriminalise abortion. In different ways they would essentially legalize abortion up to birth, for any reason.

Please contact your MP urgently, asking them to oppose these extreme and barbaric proposals. You can do this using SPUC’s easy to use web tool at: https:// www.spuc.org.uk/abortionamendments these will now be debated on Tuesday 4th June, so please contact your MP now. Please pray for the defeat of these amendments, for protection of unborn babies and help and comfort for mothers in need.

There will be a rally outside Parliament on 15th of May, starting at 11am. SPUC will be joined by Right to Life, Christian Concern, March 4 Life and many others.'

CAFOD’s Sudan Crisis Appeal.

Millions of families in Sudan, forced to flee their homes amid conflict, now face yet another urgent crisis – extreme hunger.

Your donation will help CAFOD’s partners to support more families with food packages and emergency cash payments as well as rebuilding water pipelines so clean water can reach communities who need it. Thank you for your generosity and prayers.

You can also text CAFODSUDAN to 70450 to donate £10.

Texts will cost the donation amount plus one standard network rate message, and you’ll be opting into hearing more from us. If you would like to donate but don’t wish to hear more from us, please text CAFODSUDANNOINFO instead.
